The mayor of the village chooses the wine producer and sends samples to “Onav” (Italian National Wine-tasting Organisation) where an international commission of wine tasters establish prizes for the best wines. The selection is made only for small wine -farms.

The Pinot nero vinified into rosè DOC was awarded a “Silver Medal”.
